Sending real email (Gmail, Outlook, your own server)
How email leaves Reepio, and why test emails may land in the dev mailbox.
Your platform administrator chooses how email is delivered in CORE 360 → Email delivery: - Dev mailbox — nothing is sent; emails appear under *Dev mailbox* for testing. A banner at the top of the app tells you when this mode is on. - SMTP — through a mailbox such as Gmail (with an app password), Outlook, Zoho or a company mail server. Free Gmail allows about 500 recipients per day. - Direct delivery — the Reepio server delivers to each recipient's mail server itself.
If a test email doesn't arrive: check the spam folder, confirm the banner isn't showing dev-mailbox mode, and check Campaigns → report for bounces.
