Why emails go to spam and how to fix it

Authenticate your domain, send to engaged people and keep complaints low.

- Authenticate your domain under Settings → Domains: publish the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records shown, then click Verify. Reepio re-checks every day and warns you if a record breaks. - Send only to people who opted in. Never use bought or scraped lists. - Keep lists clean — bounces, unsubscribes and spam complaints are suppressed automatically. - Write like a person — avoid all-caps subjects, many exclamation marks and image-only emails. The Review step flags these. - Warm up gradually if you are new or sending from a new domain. No provider can guarantee the inbox; reputation is earned over time.
