Understanding campaign analytics
What opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes tell you — and their limits.
Each campaign report shows delivered, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, bounces and complaints, updated as they happen. - Open rate is an estimate: some mail apps (for example Apple Mail Privacy Protection) load images automatically, which counts as an open. Clicks are the more reliable signal. - Click rate = unique clickers ÷ delivered. The link table shows which links people chose. - Bounces — hard bounces are suppressed automatically; soft bounces are retried. - Analytics in the menu shows trends across all campaigns for 7, 30, 90 days or 12 months.
