Writing emails with AI
Generate drafts, rewrite text and get subject ideas — and how accuracy is protected.
In the Design step click Generate with AI and describe the email (for example "Announce our new jacket and offer free shipping this weekend"). The AI uses your brand profile; a safety check removes claims your brand facts don't support. Select a text block to improve, shorten, expand or change its tone.
Drafts can take up to a minute when the AI runs on the platform's own server. If the AI is unavailable, a built-in writer produces the draft instead. Always review before sending — you are responsible for what you send.
