Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Reepio ("we", "us") for the use of Reepio. By creating an account you accept them.
## 1. The service Reepio lets you build, send and measure email campaigns and automations, manage contacts, and use AI tools that draft content. Features and limits depend on your plan.
## 2. Your account You must give accurate information, keep your password safe and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by team members you invite.
## 3. Acceptable use — no spam You may only email people who have given you permission to contact them (opt-in), or with whom you have an existing relationship where the law allows it. You must not: - send to purchased, rented, scraped or harvested lists; - send misleading subject lines or sender details, or hide the unsubscribe link; - send content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, malware or phishing; - try to bypass sending limits, suppression lists or security controls.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and your postal address. Unsubscribes, bounces and complaints are honoured automatically. We may pause sending or suspend an account that breaches this section or harms deliverability for others.
## 4. Your content and data You own your contacts, content and data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service. You confirm you have a lawful basis to process your contacts' data. For that data we act as your processor, as described in our Privacy Policy.
## 5. AI features AI drafts are suggestions. Review them before sending: you are responsible for what you send. Our checks remove unsupported claims, but they cannot guarantee accuracy.
## 6. Plans, payment and cancellation Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Billing; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
## 7. Deliverability We work to deliver your email, but inbox placement depends on recipients' mail providers and on your content and list quality, so it is not guaranteed.
## 8. Suspension and termination You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Security. We may suspend or end the service for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. After closure your marketing data is deleted within 30 days.
## 9. Liability The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
## 10. Changes and contact We will tell you about material changes to these terms in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where we are established. Questions: support@reepio.local.
